1. Right to Withdraw
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to:

3. Return of Products
If you wish to return a product:
- You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods
4. Refund Process
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Replace the product at no additional cost
- Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
- Cover the cost of returning the defective product
7. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the product is defective or we have made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
8. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
